Precision is a small 'friend' who creates big impact in whatever you do. I've learned this from my many experiences. If you're one person who hits the gym, how you hold the barbell will define which muscle parts you're working on. It may just be a difference of an inch or less, but the result is significant in the long run.
Cycling position, when you get into an aero position. You're able to penetrate the head wind more efficiently. Where you place your legs on the pedal, how you sit on the saddle, etc. All things affects your performance and speed.
Taking a good shot on court. This I tell you...really wan. How you hold the stick and which part of the blade contacting the ball...will affect the speed, precision and power of your shot. If you're still wondering, how can you improve on that. Try experimenting...different techniques and position of the blade and shaft.
That's why Precision Academy is formed...
