Came across this video through friend's FB. This is wicked! Good stuff to watch when you're feeling 'down' and lazy. Be inspired!

I've Check Her Out
Finally I'm back in the pool! New environment and my gf says..she's a gf with benefits =p She's talking about her condo's swimming pool, not anything else. =p Her pool is slightly bigger than mine and the best thing about her pool is, the water is warm in there. Can't explain how is that possible but yea...it's warm. Oh yayaya., she said my swimming speed was slow. hahaha.
After that I went to check out the used Giant TCR bike. I kinda like it a first sight, but its a really old model, a 2003 model with aloy frame. The one I googled was a carbon frame which is the TCR Once bike. This is different from that, however the owner really took good care of it, and it looks brand new. It looked cleaner than Ima. =x Btw, I just bathe Ima today. She's white as snow now. =)
I did test ride on it, slighty lighter than Ima and the wheelset is pretty slim. I bet I can go faster with this. This means I'm gonna get a bike which is almost the same as Ima. Hmmmmm...He is willing to let it go for 1.7K (after nego) and the intial price after upgrade and everything was about 4K. Not too sure whether I should get it. =x
Gonna face Frontliners Spartan later this afternoon. Excited!!!!!!!!

Law Of Victory [expanded version]
Korek-ed this from my sent mail dated 25 March 2010. This supposed to be on our club's blog. =x Team Elite coach, Sam Teoh has forced every member to memorize the 'Law Of Victory'. Every week without fail, he would test the players on it, every wrong line/forgotten line will go without punishment. Which is to run. I think this is a really good law to memorize and to keep at heart. Does not just apply in sports but many areas in life. As for me, it helps me in my relationship with my girlfriend. =)
[From Innebandy!Co's point of view]
Leadership is responsible - It is our responsibility to make sure players are at their best performance by executing the right plan and strategies. We are also concern about player's attitude and the application of the 3ICs on and off court. In Innebandy!Co, winning don't just stop there. We go beyond. ie. attitude, soft skills, etc
Losing is unacceptable - We believe in mental strength and mental preparation, thus setting our mindset on winning every games and giving all out in our training will make us 'unbeatable'.
Passion is unquenchable - It is only when you're passionate bout something. You would automatically take the effort to improve yourself and want to be the best. We want to be driven by passion.
Creativity is essential - Floorball is a very fast paced game, thus being creative in our attack or defense, will distinct us from our competitors. Individual skills and stick work does play an important role in being creative.
Quitting is unthinkable - Our training especially physical training is one of the toughest in Penang. We strive to finish whatever we start as a team. Like how Lance Armstrong puts it, 'Pain is temporary but quitting last forever.' We will never stop trying.
Commitment is unquestionable - Commitment is what makes the team grow and solid. The minimum requirement for an individual to join team LiveSTRONG is commitment. Team Elite has no excuse in this area. Players who show lack of commitment will be degraded.
Victory is inevitable - By practicing the 3 ICs and reflecting on the Law of Victory, Victory is then in our hands!

Gonna Meet My New Ride
I just made an appointment to meet 'Giant TCR Once' bike. I'm getting excited! Another new potential toy coming into the family. Hopefully I can seal a good deal. Hopefully I can still keep Ima. =l She has surpassed 1,000 km++ already. Tua han liao. Congratz!
Today's e.devotion with John and KH was another fruitful one. We read Proverbs 20 together and particular liked v25 from it. It is stated, 'It is a trap for a man to dedicate something rashly and only later to consider his vows.' Many of times, we would make promises or commitment towards something hastily or with an intention to please someone. This is dangerous because you're only setting a trap for yourself. That's foolish!
I think I have made a few commitments which I feel like pulling out now. =x Help me!

Save The Planet Please =/
I can feel the temperature rising! I do think earth hour shouldn't be the only event that encourages people to turn of their electrical appliances. Everyone should do their part. Better do it now before its too late.
As I was doing my usual ride to TB and back, I was drenched/flooded with sweat half way through my journey. My hands were soaking wet, my helmet...fuh!! the sponge in it was absorbing all the sweat till it started to drip because it's over flowing. I could taste salt around my lips, it made me more thirsty. I've never sweat so much before, further more it was an early morning ride. =x What's happening to planet earth?
Ima is still doing well, she's good but I need an ori bike. Money money money? How can I get more of you?

Wave Challenge 2010
When Sam posted that this year is the first time him not playing in Wave Challenge after 7 years, that really struck me! Can't believe 7 years passed so freaking fast. =s I'm not putting this in a proud way but I've been winning a medal ever since this started. But this year's win made me realized that winning a medal does not gives me the same satisfaction that I used to have. Why am I feeling this way?
King Solomon
The only thing that satisfied me was watching people around me happy and excited. Helping others, making new friends and talking to people who shares the same passion for sports. It is really nice seeing fresh blood playing Floorball.
I would also like to thank my friends from KL who comes down yearly to compete in this tournament. I am very proud of every single one of you who fought hard on court. Congratulations to Salichicks!! Finally a medal in hand. Good job! And the debut of Gracebandy!Co in Penang, great job Gerard for making it possible! =)

Am I gonna play dodgeball again next year? hahaha. I think I'm gonna pass. =p
